There are no translations available. This tutorial shows you how to reset or recover an user's Windows password. This tutorial is valid for Windows NT, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. First of all, you must download this file and burn it with a burning software like Nero, Alcohool, PowerIso or Daemon tools. It's a bootable CD and you must download this CD are to continue the tutorial.
Then, follow the instructions : STEP ONE : You're prompted to choose witch parition contains your system. Just press ENTER.
STEP TWO : Select PATH and registry files. Just press ENTER.
STEP THREE : Select which part of registry to load, use predefined choices or list the files with space as delimiter. Just press ENTER.
STEP FOR : Select an action. Just press ENTER.
STEP FIVE : Select an user. Just press ENTER if you want to recover Administrator's password or enter another user from the list.
STEP SIX : Enter the new password. To clear the password, enter * and press ENTER.
STEP SEVEN : Confirm. Enter y and press ENTER.
STEP EIGHT : You have finished. Enter ! and press ENTER to quit.
STEP NINE : Enter q and press ENTER to quit.
STEP TEN : The software will write all informations you have change if you confirm with y. Type y and press ENTER.
STEP ELEVEN : The software confirm to you that it has finished writing informations you have changed. Enter n and press ENTER.
STEP TWELVE : Enter halt and press ENTER to stop the system.
STEP THIRTEEN : If you encounter this error "Kernel panic,...", then shut down your computer directly with the power button on your CPU.
STEP FOURTEEN : When you restart your system, Windows will display an error. Ignore this error by pressing any key before the countdown is over.
