Keyboard shortcuts for Internet Explorer

The keyboard shortcuts for Internet Explorer.

Most of these shortcuts work on all versions of Internet Explorer, except that concerning the tabs, a newly integrated function from IE7. What works with IE7 as IE8 works.

Shortcut	Function
Alt + D	Selects the contents of the address bar.
F4	Selects the contents of the address bar.
F7	Active navigation using the keyboard.
F11	Displays (and restore) the window full screen.
Ctrl + B	Open the window of organizing bookmarks.
Ctrl + D	Add page to favorites.
Ctrl + H	Open history.
Ctrl + N	New window.
Ctrl + T	New tab.
Ctrl + W	Close a tab.
Ctr + Tab	Toggle between tabs.
Ctrl + Enter	Add "http://www." and before. "com" after the text typed in the address bar.
Maj + click	Open link target in a new window.
Ctrl + click	Open link target in new tab.
