Cyber Security (tsc.exe, csc.exe) is a rogue, i.e., a malware that pretend to be an Antivirus whereas in reality it is a malware that tries to fool its victims by warning with a false alarm that there is malware in your system. The malware deletes the keys and values "SafeBoot" from "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control" so that you can not enter in Safe Mode. This virus also blocks softwares related to security by changing the settings of firewall and disabling security services, such as Windows Update, Avast, Norton Autoprotect, Avira, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, etc.
