Essayez de désinstaller Microsoft Office et de réinstaller.

Tous les programmes font comme ça ou juste ceux de Microsoft Office.

Sinon, il y a toujours OpenOffice :

j'ai un problème avec mon macbook. en fait, tous les les fonctionnalités dans mon office ne veulent plus se lancer et à chaque fois que j'essai de lancer "word"ou "excel" par exemple, il apparait une boîte de dialogue m'annoncant qu'jdevrai le signaler à microsoft mais toujours en vain.
svp aidez moi car js8 maintenant en train de preparer mon mémoire de fin d'étude et ce problème ne m'aide pas beaucoup

Le processus n'est pas forcement "311199".
C'est un fichier ne comportant que des chiffres dans son nom.

Bonjour,
J'ai tout essayé mais rien n'y a fait...
Si j'utilise le patch, le virus est toujours là au redémarrage.
Alors j'ai essayé vos différentes méthode en mode sans echec. En cherchant le fameux fichier 311199 ou en allant dans démarrer programme etc... En ayant bien sûr pris soin d'afficher les fichiers cachés.

Mais rien de rien ! Le virus est introuvable et rien de ce que j'ai pu lire ici ne semble fonctionner.
Je suis désespéré :(

J'avais ce virus à la con et j'ai essayé plein de technique trouvé sur le net... Et d'un coup... pouf !!! il etait plus la...

Bon maintenant j'ai super peur quand j'allume mon pc qu'il réapparaisse... ^^
